Personal Relationships Driving Mutually Beneficial Exchange

Personal Relationships: We know that social capital is a huge driver for developing economies. Our work in Siete and Villa is founded on a close relationship with our clients, and was fostered and grown with their association with SHH.

The concept of mutually beneficial exchange is a tenet of economic theory, and I couldn’t find a better phrase for it. We have to acknowledge that when we walk away from our clients, we hope to both have benefited from the experience.

I know what I am able to take away from every exchange I have with one of our clients, and that matters. We are taking things away, as we are giving.

I like the idea of growing alongside our clients, and digging deeper, but I’m not sure how articulate we can be, without tilting at windmills.
